Cystic Fibrosis Community Care is a small charity offering support to those children and adults who suffer from Cystic Fibrosis and provide education, support and advocacy to the CF community across Victoria and NSW.

The Children’s Hospital at Westmead provides inpatient and outpatient services to children and adolescents with Cystic Fibrosis in NSW. Service are provided by a team of doctors, physicians, clinical nurse consultants, dieticians, physiotherapists and social workers. The hospital is actively involved in CF research.

1 in 20 children is born with a birth defect or genetic disease. The Children’s Medical Research Institute is a world leader in the areas of birth defects, cancer, epilepsy and gene therapy. They perform fundamental research into the genes and proteins important for human health and development. There vision is a future without a childhood disease.
