Team Simon is a family-founded charity supporting children with cystic fibrosis and their families.

We were built from real life hospital visits, treatment schedules, hard conversations and harder decisions. We don’t operate from theory. We operate from experience.

What started around one child has grown into a community and corporate movement focused on one thing: better outcomes.

We act where it matters.

We support families with practical help, financial relief and a community that understands the fight.

We fund targeted research that pushes for better treatments especially for children who don’t respond to existing therapies.
